ABOUT the Q-Safe system

This is NOT a collection of PDF or Word documents.

This is a computer program which allows YOU to select, edit, and add documents as needed. You don't pay every time you need another document.

We supply the full program with a wide range of Risks, Method Statements, SWP, SOP, etc. You choose which ones you would like to use.

The documents within the system are all suitable for submission applying for a Pre-Qualification.

The system is being updated all the time. You have unlimited access to updated for a period of a year.

If you require a specific document, (risk, SWP, etc. ) and you would like it created by a qualified person, this can be done for a small fee.

You have access to unlimited support - Telephonic, email, web page chat-box, WhatsApp, Skype.

Setup

You can choose to purchase the SOFTWARE ONLY, and do your own setup. We are here to guide you if needed.

We also offer the service of a full setup of the system, supplied to you, and installed on your PC.

You will also receive a printed copy, presented in a folder.

SSSP or SMS ?

Translation: Site Specific Safety Plan or Safety Management System?

A SSSP refers to the analysis of risks on a specific project.

A SMS (or HSMS) is an assessment of your company management SYSTEM,

what steps and procedures are in place to formalise Health and safety withing the company,

and what are the steps you take and process you follow to ensure none gets injured. It is a detailed set of documents.

To submit documents to for a "Pre-qual" - you will generally need to provide all the documents from a SMS system.

To achive this, we will need consultation with you - in person if you are local, telephonically if you are away from us.

We have systems for both. The SMS system incorporates the SSSP system.
